Our model is simple: Church and City Counseling provides your congregation with a dedicated, licensed mental-health counselor to fully-integrate into your staff.
The heart of Church and City Counseling is to assist churches to be places of compassion and healing. Through our church partnerships, a portion of the counseling cost is sponsored and the client contributes an affordable fee toward the session.
The Church and City Counseling approach is four-pronged —designed to ensure both your congregation and your staff are well-cared for at an affordable cost.
Direct Counseling
Through your partnership with Church and City Counseling, we remove the need to search for a reputable, Christian counselor to care for your congregation. Your Church and City Counseling counselor provides affordable direct Biblical counseling to your congregants upon referral from your Care Pastor and/or staff.
Ongoing Training
We provide training for both staff and lay leaders in critical pastoral care topics customized to the needs of your congregation. These trainings are designed to equip your team to support both individual and corporate needs of your congregation with both clinically and Biblically informed techniques.
Crisis Assistance
Church and City Counseling provides church partners with a 24/7 on-call pastor for the unforeseen difficult moments that arise when pastoring. The on-call pastor is a round-the-clock resource for staff as they help walk congregants through both acute and significant mental health crises.
Staff Support and Care
We are a safe space outside of the organizational chart for your staff to care for their own mental health in order to avoid burnout and ministry fatigue.
